Registering with NOVA Athletic Club

To join NOVA Athletic Club complete the following steps:

1. Download, print and complete the registration form (Fall Cross Country 2008):	Microsoft Word	PDF
2. Download, read, print and complete the waiver:	Microsoft Word	PDF
3. Download, read, print and sign the Agreement of Commitment and Attitude form:	Microsoft Word	PDF
4. Send all three completed forms together a copy of proof of age and payment (made payable to NOVA AC) to:           NOVA Athletic Club           18264 Oakridge Hamlet Place           Purcellville, VA 20132

Costs and Fees ( Fall Cross Country):

Registration fees for the Fall 2008 Cross Country season are dependent on the level of participation and are described on the Registration Form. For athletes requiring a new NOVA A.C. uniform, the fee is $25. Uniform sizing information is available in MS Excel and PDF formats

Registration fees for the Spring 2008 season (March - June) are $125. Children from the same family can join at a cost of $100 for the second child and $80 for the third. Additional children just pay the cost of the uniform at $25. Uniform sizing information is available in MS Excel and PDF formats

The registration fee includes three months coaching, use of club equipment, a club uniform and training shirt, and participation in the Hershey meet program. There are additional entry fees for other meets we will attend of typically $5 per meet. If your child wants to participate in the USATF State meet, membership of USATF will be required of $19.95 as well as an entry fee for the meet itself.
